Incredible tonkotsu broth that's been simmered for 18 hours. The chashu melts in your mouth and the ajitama egg is perfectly soft-boiled. The noodles have just the right amount of chew. I've been coming here weekly for 3 months and it never disappoints. The garlic oil topping is a must-try.
