The Midnight Library by Matt Haig
★★★★☆
A beautiful exploration of regret and the roads not taken. The concept — a library between life and death where each book lets you live an alternate life — is executed with warmth and humor. Some of the alternate lives felt a bit rushed, but the emotional core is powerful. I finished it in one sitting and sat with it for days after.

Matt Haig really knows how to write about mental health.
This book hit me so hard. Cried at the ending.
