Nolan at his most ambitious. The non-linear structure works brilliantly here — the intercutting between the security hearing and the Strauss confirmation keeps the tension taut. Cillian Murphy disappears into the role completely. The Trinity test sequence is genuinely overwhelming. My one gripe: the 3-hour runtime could have been trimmed in the third act.
