Disappointing hotel stay

Booked a 'deluxe ocean view' room and got a parking lot view with a sliver of ocean if you leaned off the balcony. The room smelled musty, the AC was loud, and the wifi barely worked. Breakfast buffet was stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. For $250/night, this was unacceptable. The pool was nice though, I'll give them that.
