Worst Uber ride of my life

Driver showed up 15 minutes late, was on the phone the entire ride, nearly ran two red lights, and took a route that added 20 minutes to what should have been a 10-minute trip. The car smelled like stale cigarettes despite being listed as non-smoking. Reported to Uber but only got a $3 credit. Unacceptable.
